Job Description:
We are hiring Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with experience in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC).
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Configure Core HR structures and employee data
• Manage absence plans, accruals, and leave workflows
• Configure and support BPM approval workflows for HR transactions and absences
• Support recruitment lifecycle (requisitions, candidates, offers)
• Assist in Fast Formula configurations for absence plans (accruals, eligibility)
• Perform testing and provide functional support
Qualifications:
• Experience in Core HR and Absence Management
• Knowledge of BPM workflows (approvals, notifications)
• Basic understanding of Fast Formulas (absence-related preferred)
• Familiarity with ORC recruitment processes
• Good communication skills
