Job Description:
Hiring Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with multi-module experience in Core HR, Absence, and Talent Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle configurations
• Configure absence plans, accrual rules, and workflows
• Configure BPM workflows across HR, Absence, and Talent modules
• Support performance management and talent processes
• Develop/modify Fast Formulas for absence and eligibility rules
• Ensure seamless integration across modulesQualifications:
• Experience in Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules
• Strong knowledge of BPM workflows
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Fast Formulas
• Strong understanding of integrated HCM processes
• Good stakeholder communication
