Job Description:
Looking for candidates with experience in Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Configure absence plans, accrual rules, and leave policies
• Configure time entry layouts, shifts, and validation rules
• Configure BPM workflows for timecards and leave approvals
• Develop/modify Fast Formulas for time calculations and absence rules
• Manage timecards, exceptions, and approvals
• Integrate with payroll
Qualifications:
• Experience in Absence Management and OTL
• Knowledge of BPM workflows
• Hands-on or exposure to Fast Formulas (time/absence related)
• Understanding of time tracking and payroll integration
• Strong problem-solving skills
