We are hiring professionals with experience in Compensation and Benefits modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Configure compensation plans, salary structures, and incentive programs
• Support compensation cycles and budget allocations
• Configure approval workflows for compensation processes
• Assist in configuring eligibility rules and Fast Formulas (if required)
• Manage benefits setup and enrollments
• Generate reports and insights
Qualifications:
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Knowledge of BPM workflows for compensation approvals
• Basic exposure to Fast Formulas (nice to have)
• Understanding of reward structures
• Strong analytical skills
