Job Description:
We are seeking Oracle Fusion Payroll professionals with experience in payroll configuration and processing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, and statutory components
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations
• Support payroll runs, validations, and reconciliation
• Configure payroll-related BPM workflows and approvals
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, tax, etc.)
• Integrate payroll with Absence and Time & Labor
Qualifications:
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas (payroll calculations)
• Understanding of BPM workflows in payroll
• Knowledge of India payroll preferred
• Strong attention to detail
