Job Description:
We are looking for candidates with experience in Core HR and Talent Management modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Configure Core HR structures and workforce data
• Implement performance management, goals, and talent review processes
• Configure approval workflows for performance and talent processes
• Support succession planning and career development
• Assist in configuring eligibility profiles and basic Fast Formulas (if required)
• Support testing and user training
Qualifications:
• Experience in Core HR and Talent Management
• Knowledge of BPM workflows for approvals
• Basic understanding of Fast Formulas (nice to have)
• Understanding of performance management cycles
• Strong analytical skills
